Size Guide

Finding the right frame size makes a real difference in comfort and fit. Every pair of glasses has its measurements printed on the inside of one temple arm, usually a set of three numbers like 52-18-140.

How to read the numbers

Lens width (e.g. 52) - the horizontal width of one lens, in millimetres.

Bridge width (e.g. 18) - the distance between the lenses, across the bridge of the nose, in millimetres.

Temple length (e.g. 140) - the length of the arm from hinge to tip, in millimetres.

Frame width

Frame width is the total width of the front of the frame, from the outer edge of one lens to the outer edge of the other, including the bridge.

Narrow: under 125mm, best for smaller or narrower faces.

Medium: 125-135mm, fits most average face widths.

Wide: over 135mm, best for larger or wider faces.

Don't have a pair on hand?

Compare frame width to the widest part of your face, typically across the temples. A well-fitting frame sits comfortably without pinching and without extending noticeably beyond the edges of your face.
